If you like eggs for breakfast you can try this simple omelet recipe. You can make it as quick as in 1 minute and enjoy really delicious breakfast. Although for this recipe you will only need some eggs, water, butter, salt and pepper, you could also add some herbs or spices to taste.
I like to add some basil, thyme or rosemary to my omelet, which gives it a delicious Mediterranean taste. In this case you don’t even need any filling. Otherwise you can fill you omelet with whatever you like or have at hand: cheeses, cottage cheese, ham, tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms,… The choice is yours.
