After a long month of feasting and overeating at holiday dinner table, I got a strong desire for some lighter and healthy food. Honestly, I put on some weight that I’d like to get rid of.
This is my usual reaction at the beginning of each New Year and I believe many of you are filling pretty much the same way as I do.
But sticking to a low calorie diet for a long time is really not one of my strengths. I usually can’t keep to it longer than a week. To overcome this habit of mine, I decided to start a new category with Healthy meals and I challenge myself to eat healthier for the next 7 days. I don’t want to set a 30 day challenge as most probably I’d never keep to it. But after 7 days I might just try to keep on for the next 7 days or I could take a break and repeat it after a few days. This just seem a bit more viable and acceptable to me.
