Caprese Kebabs


It doesn’t take much to have delicious and tasty snack ready on hand for those afternoon snack attacks. These Caprese Kebabs are just that perfect food you’ll want to make ahead to have it ready for a quick and healthy snack.

They’re also handy for lunch box or that yummy party food everyone will love. Super easy to make with just 3 ingredients:

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup baby bocconcini cheese (mini mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional for serving)

There’s really not much guessing about how to make these tasty Caprese Kebabs, yet you can check the steps in the video or written directions below.


On a skewer or toothpick, alternate putting on cherry tomatoes, bocconcini and basil. Once assembled, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and season to taste. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
