Rice is an easy and quick meal that can be served as a side dish or main meal. Here’s a simple recipe for a wok fried rice – just like the Chinese take-away. If you don’t have a wok, you can use any deep frying pan.
For fried rice you need 1 spring onion, bacon, cooked rice (hint: make it the day before or use the leftovers from your last dinner), 2 eggs, some vegetables, a can of shrimps and soya sauce.
