Potatoes are the usual side dish for many meat meals. When having fried or grilled meat or fish, a big bowl of potato salad will do the perfect match.
Potato salad is really quick and easy to make. You can also prepare it in advance as it keeps well in the fridge for a couple of days. Instead of the usual mayonnaise dressing you can try giving it a bit of Italian taste. Garlic, parsley, olive oil and some other spices will make this potato salad delicious side dish you can serve warm or cold.
