Spaghetti “aglio e olio” is traditional Italian pasta dish originating from Napoli. It is known as “last minute” meal as preparing it will take you just the time needed for pasta too cook, which is under 15 minutes. You don’t need to make any sauce as you only have to sauté sliced garlic with chili flakes or pickled peppers on olive oil, add breadcrumbs, pour it over the pasta and grate some parmesan cheese on top.

With addition of anchovies you can give some more flavor to this pasta recipe, but this is completely optional.
