Here’s a bit different idea to serve your baby corn: with mint, coriander and green chilies sauce, called green chutney. The beauty of this sauce is that it doesn’t require any cooking. You just mix the ingredients in the blender. You can prepare it in advance as it can be kept in the fridge. All it remains to do is to cook the corn and serve it as a starter or a side dish.
