This casserole recipe comes from France and it’s called Tartiflette. Don’t get scared by this fancy name. What hides behind it can be easily translated into Potato Bacon and Cheese Casserole. But there is a special ingredient that makes this casserole different from your usual potato casserole. It’s a French cheese called Reblochon. Don’t worry, if you haven’t heard about it. It can’t be bought in US, but there is a pretty good replacement you can find at a finer cheese shops. It’s called Dancing Fern.
