This dish is difficult to define. It was inspired in a stew served in Old Skool Café, called “Abu’s West African Peanut Butter Stew.” But the author of this recipe decided to make it in its own way, and how it turned out, it’s more like a chicken dish with sweet and spicy peanut butter – curry sauce.
However this dish should be called, I found it interesting and worth giving a try. Especially if you like the spicy-sweet combinations of tastes.
