Protein Rich Salad


If you’d like to avoid meat for a while and you’re not a huge fan of soya or tofu as a replacement to it, than beans are the right answer.

A nice big bowl of Mixed Beans with Greens, Tomato and Cheese will make an excellent side dish or light supper or dinner.

For this Protein Rich Salad you need

Hand full of mixed greens of your choice

  • 1/2 Can of mixed beans
  • 1/4 Cup red onions, choppedmixed bean salad
  • 1/4 Cup feta or goat cheese
  • 1/4 Cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy below healthy and delicious meal.
