Here is what you need
1 c. multigrain pancake mix, such as Up Country Organics
1 large Egg
0.50 c. all-natural peanut butter
1 c. milk
0.50 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp. unsalted butter
You will mix all the ingredients except the butter in a bowl and make 12 pancakes in a skillet in which you’d have melted the butter. To keep your cooked pancakes warm until you are done, you can put them in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees.
