Tasty Gluten-Free Low Calorie Pizza

Should people with gluten intolerance renounce to pizza? Absolutely not! This pizza recipe is ideal for people intolerant to gluten and those watching their weight. The crust is made of cauliflower, almond and eggs. Really simple recipe which you can use to prepare any meal of the day.

Here are the ingredients for pizza Margherita proposed by Ella from Homecookingadventure.com

Cauliflower Crust
1 medium cauliflower (about 750g)
1 cup (100g) ground almonds
2 eggs
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Topping
4 tbsp tomato sauce
3 or 4 cherry tomatoes, sliced
4.5 oz (130 g) Mozzarella cheese, sliced
fresh basil or parsley, chopped
freshly ground black pepper

This makes 1 large pizza for 3 to 4 servings. This recipe is for pizza Margherita, but you can top the crust whit whatever you like.
