I love Egg Rolls and they are always my first choice when dining in Chinese restaurant. But I very rarely make them at home, because I avoid frying as much as possible.
This awesome recipe made me rethink about non-making Egg Rolls at home. I loved it because it’s simple, healthy and delicious. It takes a bit longer to cook than the fried version, but I’m sure from now on Baked Avocado Egg Rolls will find their place on my dinner table more often.
